What is your shipping policy?
We offer shipping within Australia. Orders received before 3pm in QLD are dispatched the same day, delivery times vary depending on your location. Check our delivery timeframes located within the Shipping Policy (located at the bottom of the home page)
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a return. We do not offer returns on Jewellery unless faulty.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds on full priced items only. Items on sale can be returned for a store credit, we do not offer refunds on Jewellery unless faulty/damaged.
What is your policy for Free Returns?
Free returns are offered if postage was originally paid by the customer.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we do not offer exchanges, this may change in the future.
Do you have a store front?
At this stage Solara Boheme is online only.
Do you have a warehouse for click n collect?
Unfortunately we don't offer click n collect.
What are your payment options?
We accept all Credit Cards, PayPal & Afterpay.
An item I want to purchase is sold out?
Some of our items have a "Notify when Restocked" button, you will receive an email once restocked. If an item doesn't have said button then please reach out and we will be able to advise.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
How do I make a return?
You can initiate a return either through your account, click the "Return Request" button at the bottom of the home page or email us.
Does my Store Credit expire?
No, store credits do not expire. You will receive an email periodically to remind you of your balance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
My item has arrived and is faulty/damaged, what do I do?
Please email us asap with the details and photos.
I haven't received my parcel?
All parcels are sent through Australia Post and you would of received a tracking number so contact Australia Post first. If you have no luck please email us at hello@solaraboheme.com.au
