We want you to love your purchase, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Please review our return policies below:
To initiate your *free return please visit the website and select the "Return Request" link at the bottom of the home page or email hello@solaraboheme.com.au
Time Frame - You have 10 days from when you receive your order to initiate a return. After 10 days, we may not be able to process your return. Once your Return Request has been approved you have 7 days to post the item back to us, after this time your return will be cancelled.
Condition - Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered and with all tags attached. Please be careful when trying on clothes for the first time as to avoid any makeup, deodorant, fake tan or perfume transfers. If the item does not meet these conditions it will be reshipped back to you and the return will be cancelled.
Sale Items - Items purchased on sale can only be returned for a store credit, no refunds offered. A $10 fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover postage costs.
Refunds - Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days after we receive the returned item. Funds may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account. If the item is determined to be faulty, any shipping costs paid by the customer will also be refunded.
Exchanges - Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
Jewellery - We do not accept returns on any of our jewellery due to hygiene reasons, unless it’s determined to be faulty/damaged.
*Free returns are only eligible on items not on sale, not faulty and if postage was paid originally by the customer. For non eligible free returns a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover postage costs.
